From six months - Carrot and parsley broth

            Ingredients 

  • 3 pinch of parsley
  • 2 carrots

          Cooking method -           To casserole

          Cooking time -                 One hour

           Number of serving -       one

           Preparation

  • After washing thoroughly carrots and parsley, slice
  • Put every thing in a casserole with one litre of cold water and a couple grains of salt
  • Leave to cook at very low temperature for approximately two hours
  • Depending on the age of baby, you can serve the broth in a bottle with a little milk and eventually with few mixed pured vegetables or simply eaten with a spoon

Note

Vitamins and minerals provided by the parsley are added to the numerous carrot advantages
