 From six months - Three vegetable soup

     Ingredients

  • 1 potato -
  • 80g of infant milk -
  • 1 carrot -
  • 1 leek

     Method of cooking -      saucepan

     Time of cooking -         30 minutes

     Number of serving -     one

     Preparation

  • Wash and peel the different vegetables under running water
  • slice the white of the leek and carrot
  • Cook progressively; start by cooking the carrot slices in a little non salted boiling water
  • then 5 minutes after the start of the cooking add the potato pieces and leek slices
  • cook for a further 15 minutes
  • drain and place in a mixer with the infant milk
  • mix until fully homogenized and serve to baby
