As a French person I have been brought up to eat food containing vitamins such as
- lentils -
- figs,
- sardines,
- sesame seeds sprinkled on salads,
- cabbage of both colour green and red lovely in soups or raw,
- aubergine,
- courgettes,
- pomegranate,
- yogurts etc....
